Payment and prices

All prices are subject to change and may be adjusted. The current total price for your order will be summarized at checkout. The amount that will be invoiced internally is the sum, minus VAT, which you see to the right at checkout.

We offer the following payment methods:

• Internal invoice;
  Cost place, internal mailing code and a Lupin user need to be stated at the checkout.

Deliveries

We offer the following methods of delivery:

• The University Postal Service;
  Delivery to your internal mailing code. If your packed are more then 2 packed, if the length times the width exceeds 90cm on the packed or the packed weights more then 2kg, a fee will be sharged for the shipping. Contact Universityshop for more information.
  If you don’t have an internal mailing code, there will be an additional shipping cost. Please contact universitetsbutiken@service.lu. for more information.

The terms for delivery are also stated at the checkout. You will receive an email notifying you when your items have been shipped or are available for pick up at the shop.

Complaints

If there is something wrong with the items, complaints should be made to the University Shop at universitetsbutiken@service.lu.se as soon as possible. Items that are wrong, dameged or is any other way error, needs to be reported in 30 days from the order have arrived to you. Otherwise we will reject your clame.
